Dr. Ruping ZHAO serves as an associate chief physician in radiation oncology department of Jiahui International Cancer Center. Dr. Zhao graduated from Taishan Medical University in 2009 with double Bachelor degree in Clinical Medicine and English literature. He obtained his master degree of Clinical Medicine from Fudan University and doctor degree of Oncology from Nanjing medical university afterwards. Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. Zhao has worked 9 years in the radiation oncology department, Hangzhou cancer hospital, Zhejiang university school of medicine. In 2017, He visited Royal free hospital and St Mary's hospital. Dr. Zhao Served as sub-I in a number of studies on chemoradiotherapy of esophageal cancer and lung cancer and won the first prize of Hangzhou science and technology progress award. He also focused on the radiotherapy of breast cancer, head and neck cancer, rectal cancer, gliomas, soft tissue sarcoma and other malignant tumors. He can skillfully use three dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3D-CRT）, intensity modulated radiotherapy（IMRT）, image guided radiotherapy (IGRT), volumetric intensity modulated radiotherapy（VMAT）and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) to treat cancer patient. He is able to design neoadjuvant, adjuvant and radical radiotherapy/ radiochemotherapy and accumulate some experience on radiotherapy combining with immunotherapy.

Dr. Zhao is presiding over a natural science foundation of Zhejiang province and two Medical Science and Technology project of Zhejiang province. The research field is mainly on the treatment of NSCLC brain metastasis with radiotherapy combined with target therapy. He has published more than 10 papers, including 6 SCI published as first author or co-first author. In 2020, He was awarded as the training object of medical talent of Zhejiang Province.

 
Dr. Zhao is a current member of cancer radiotherapy branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He is also a member of the Youth Committee of Zhejiang cancer precision treatment Committee.
