Dr. Liu is currently the partime expert at Jiahui Health, Department of Gynecology. He is the Chief Physician of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.  He is a member of the gynecological laparoscopy Group of the Minimally invasive Professional Committee for Women and Children of China Maternal and Child Health Care Association, a member of the gynecological endoscopy Group of Shanghai Medical Association, an examiner of the Shanghai Medical Practitioner examination, and an expert in the supervision of standardized training for resident physicians in Shanghai.
