Dr. XU Qi, associate chief physician, is currently an attending physician of Jiahui International Cancer Center. She obtained her bachelor degree of Clinical Medicine in 2002 and master degree in 2005 from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. After graduation, she worked in the Department of Oncology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. In 2013, she received her Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. During 2014 and 2016, she worked at the Yale University School of Medicine as a visiting scholar. Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. Xu served as an attending physician in the Department of Oncology at Shanghai Renji Hospital. Being an oncologist for more than ten years, she specializes in diagnosis and treatment of various solid tumors, especially the treatment of breast, gynecological and gastrointestinal cancers In addition, she also pays close attention to and has some research on the psychological and psychosomatic diseases of cancer patients.
Dr. Xu has participated in several international and domestic multi-center clinical trials for anti-cancer drugs. Having been involved in the research of the prevention, development, and metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer for many years, she has more than 10 SCI papers published in related fields.
Dr. Xu is currently a member of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) , a member of Psychosomatic Medicine Research branch of Chinese Medical Association, a member of Cell Therapy Technology and Equipment Group of Medical-Industrial Integration branch of China Health Culture Association.
