Dr. CHEN Yuchong is Associate Chief Physician, Associate Professor of Tongji University.

Dr. Chen has been engaged in clinical treatment, teaching and research in dermatology for more than 20 years. He has worked in the Department of Dermatology at Shanghai Changzheng Hospital and Shanghai Huashan Hospital, and led many research funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education Foundation, and the China Postdoctoral Foundation. He has published more than 30 papers, co-edited 7 monographs, and obtained 3 utility patent. As one of the drafters, he also participated in the formulation of "China Hair Transplantation Group Standard". Dr. Chen was among the first to operate leg hair transplantation for eyebrow restoration in China, and won many academic awards such as the second and third prizes of Shanghai Medical Science Technology Achievement Award.

Clinical specialties: treatment of hair loss, such as hair transplantation treatment, comprehensive treatment of hair loss, etc. Vitiligo epidermal transplantation and tissue work epidermal transplantation, etc. Diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors, especially fine skin surgery, flap repair, micrographic surgery for malignant tumors (Mohs surgery), etc. Treatment of other common skin diseases.

Research interests: surgical border of skin malignant tumor, stem cell stemness change of hair follicle in androgenic alopecia.
