Dear Jiahui clients, family members and visitors:
Recently, there have been many confirmed COVID-19 local cases and asymptomatic infections in Shanghai, certain areas of Shanghai have been classified as medium-risk areas. According to the national and Shanghai epidemic prevention and control requirements, Jiahui Health has taken extra effort to ensure your safety, fever alertness clinic, COVID-19 PCR test sampling point, inpatient and outpatient departments have tightened up epidemic control measures at all areas. Please read the following tips carefully before coming to the hospital.
1. Jiahui will check your body temperature, Health Code, Travel Code and Jiahui Self Declaration Code for all people coming to the hospital. Please complete the Self Declaration Form within 24 hours prior. After arriving at the hospital, please take the initiative to present your Health Code, Travel Code and Jiahui Self Declaration Code, cooperate in epidemiological investigation and measure body temperature before entering the hospital in sequence. All visitors are required to wear masks in the hospital at all times. Enter and exit the hospital at designated area according to the hospital signage.
2. Except for emergency situation, to ensure the safety of you and others, our hospital does not accept people with red, yellow color Health Code and Travel Code.
3. Fever Alertness Clinic & COVID-19 PCR Sampling Point:
3.1 Patients with fever (body temperature ≥37.3 °C) should enter the Fever Alertness Clinic directly from gate 1; The vehicle should drop the fever patient off at the Fever Alertness Clinic before driving into the car park.
3.2 COVID-19 PCR test shall be performed for all patients in Fever Alertness Clinic.
3.3 Clients coming for COVID-19 PCR test should enter the hospital from gate 1, and queue for COVID-19 PCR test according to the route direction, keep 1 meter of social distance at all times.
4. Outpatient:
Jiahui adopts the appointment system for outpatient visits. We will send you a confirmation message and the Jiahui Declaration Form after you make appointment with us. If you meet one of the following criteria, please actively inform our staff and register the relevant information if required, follow the staff’s suggestion and seek medical attention at designated place.
4.1 Body temperature ≥ 37.3 °C (Forehead temperature or ear temperature);
4.2 Travel history or residence history in COVID-19 high or medium risk areas within the past 28 days;
4.3 Contact with confirmed/suspected COVID-19 patients in the past 14 days.
5. Inpatient:
Patients admitting to the hospital should also provide a COVID-19 negative report valid in 48 hours. Visits are not allowed during hospitalization; video calls are encouraged as an alternative to hospital visits. Only 1 accompany person is allowed for each inpatient. During hospitalization, the patient's body temperature will be measured twice a day and screened for COVID-19 immediately if he/she spikes of fever with unknown cause. Patients are not allowed to leave the hospital during the hospitalization, if it is deemed necessary to leave temporarily, the doctor's permission should be obtained.
The accompany person shall also bring negative COVID-19 PCR test report valid in 48hrs, and enter the inpatient only after the information verified by the ward staff. The accompany person should be fixed and not replaced, the nurse’s permission should be obtained for special circumstance. In addition, we seek your cooperation to check the Health Code, Travel Code daily and body temperature twice daily, if any abnormalities found, the person is not allowed to accompany the patient.
All hospitalized patients and the accompany person should be tested for COVID-19 twice a week.
