Hematology diseases are primary to hematopoietic system as a sub-discipline of internal medicine, which mainly focus on abnormal changes of blood system It can be presented with anemia, hemorrhage or fever, Hematological diseases includes all the diseases manifested by abnormal pathology and physiology of hematopoietic system.

Hematological diseases can present with a variety of symptoms. Leukopenia patients may be subject toinfections such as pneumonia, urinary tract infection, and even septicemia. Symptoms of systemic tissue hypoxia can occur after anemia, such as dizziness, fatigue, loss of appetite, palpitation, and shortness of breath after physical activities. Hemorrhagic diseases may be manifested as subcutaneous hemorrhage, blood stasis or deep muscle hematoma, local purple-black, while mucosal hemorrhage is more common in epistaxis and bleeding gums, and rare in gingival hemorrhage, digestive tract hemorrhage, kidney, lung and pleural hemorrhage.
