China has entered into an aging society, and the prevalence of Parkinson's disease is increasing, especially among middle-aged and elderly people. There are currently more than 2 million Parkinson's disease patients in China.
Clinical manifestations of Parkinson's disease are commonly divided into two parts and Auxiliary examinations:
Motor symptoms: The core symptoms are slow and clumsy movements (bradykinesia), static tremor (typical "ball rolling" movement), increased muscle tone (lead tube like rigidity or gear like tension), abnormal postural gait (festinating gait).
Non-motor symptoms: smell disorders, constipation, sleep behavior disorders, depression and anxiety, sexual dysfunction, paresthesia (numbness and pain, often the discomforts were misdiagnosed as cervical spondylosis/lumbar spondylosis), memory loss, abnormal sweating and so on, some non-motor symptoms even more than the impact of the quality of life of patients with motor symptoms.
Auxiliary examinations: To carry out various PD characterized scales to evaluate exercise symptoms and non-exercise symptoms respectively; Ordinary head MRI has no characteristic manifestations. In recent years, Jiahui International Hospital gradually has carried out special MRI sequences such as NM-MRI and SWI-MIP MRI, cephalic PET and transcranial ultrasound (basal ganglia ultrasound) to provide new examination methods for Parkinson's disease patients and provide clinical evidence. And also Electromyography of anal sphincter was developed.●Special titration of medications combination of various pharmacological mechanisms, surgical treatment, neuromodulation, rehabilitation and psychological treatment at the same time;
●Specialized outpatient and inpatient DEPT. are combined to provide diagnosis and differential diagnosis under multi-mode platform, and provide long-term management decisions for chronic diseases;
●Drug test and curative effect observation of Parkinson's disease;
●Surgical consultation and preoperative evaluation for patients with Parkinson's disease and dystonia;
●Genetic testing and counseling for Parkinson's disease, ataxia and dystonia.

In 2007, Dr. Chen acquired Doctor’s Degree of Clinical Medicine from the Capital Medical University. From 2014 to 2019, she went to Europe and the United States for five times to get further study of the green channel of cerebrovascular, the diagnosis procedure and treatment of Parkinson's disease and MRI degenerative relevant disease. Before joining Jiahui, Dr. Chen had worked in 3A public hospitals for 20 years and served as the ward director of Neurology for 11 years. Dr. Chen has been mainly engaged in the clinical and research work of neurodegenerative and cerebrovascular diseases. She is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease, movement disorders and cognitive disorders, as well as the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular diseases, headache, dizziness and other common diseases in neurology.
Dr. Chen has published 17 articles including 5 SCI, participated in the formulation of 4 expert consensus; edited in chief/participant in 5 books; got approved of 3 patent; and won 4 science and technology progress awards at the Municipal/Bureau level.
