On October 22, 2024, Jiahui Health signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HSBC Life Hong Kong, a leading insurer Hong Kong, enabling direct billing for policy holders who frequently travel between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, bringing about more convenient healthcare services.

For eligible HSBC Life Hong Kong clients, applicants can consult the hospital in advance about the relevant medical expenses before treatment, and the hospital will apply for pre-approval of medical expenses for the client.
After the treatment is completed, HSBC Life will pay the approved medical expenses directly to the hospital, truly realizing direct payment of medical expenses. At the same time, HSBC Life has withdrawn the requirement for credit card pre-authorization, freeing clients from paying in advance and submitting for reimbursement later.
For clients whose purchased insurance does not cover Jiahui International Hospital or its outpatient departments, they can also enjoy certain discounts and conveniences at Jiahui Health’s outpatient clinics and emergency departments, and can receive quick treatment in emergencies.
