Education:
Dr. Qin received his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University in 1985, and Master’s degree in 1988 from Shanghai Second Medical University. After graduation, he became a vascular surgery attending in Renji University Hospital, Shanghai.
In 1995, he has pursued his Postdoctoral cardiovascular research in Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Qin completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Northwell Healthcare in 2009. He practiced vascular surgery since then in New York till 2022.
Dr. Qin has over 30 years of clinical experience. Before joining Jiahui International Hospital, Dr. Qin served as an attending vascular surgeon in Lenox Hill Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Qin is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and an active member of the Society of Vascular Surgery (USA). In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Qin has multiple publications in the Journal of Vascular Surgery and numerous awards in vascular societies.

Dr. Qin has extensive clinical experience on full spectrum of vascular diseases, including carotid stenosis, aortic aneurysm, mesenteric ischemia, peripheral vascular occlusion, vascular trauma, dialysis access, varicose vein and vascular malformation, etc.
