PENG Chen, MD

Dr. PENG Chen is the deputy chief physician and is a Family Medicine Physician at jiahui Health. Dr. PENG obtained the master’s degree of Family Medicine from the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, completed his internship on Ruijin Hospital, and residency training on Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. Prior to joining in Jiahui Health, Dr. PENG provided outpatient and inpatient services as a family physician on Shanghai Lujiazui Community Hospital and Shanghai Landseed Hospital.
Besides finish the 2-year training of Jiahui Hospital, he also worked and practiced on Emergency Rooms of Shanghai Renji Hospital, No.6 Hospital, and Shanghai Pediatrics Hospital.
Dr. PENG has extensive experiences in providing medical services for adults and children in communities, and initial evaluation/treatment of emergent cases, chronic diseases management, STD management, health check-up(including interpretation), vaccination for adults, patient education, and able to work in an bi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.

Shunza PENG, MD

Dr. Shunza PENG currently serves as the Deputy Chief of ENT in Jiahui Health.
Dr. PENG graduated from the Second Military Medical University (now the People's Liberation Army Navy Military Medical University) with a Master's degree in Otolaryngology. Prior to joining Jiahui, Dr. Peng worked at Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University and Xinhua Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.
Dr. PENG has more than ten years of clinical experience, she has mastered the standardized diagnosis and treatment of common outpatient and emergency otolaryngology diseases in adults and children, specializing in allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, mouth breathing, snoring/obstructive sleep apnea (hypertrophy of tonsils and adenoid), vertigo, tinnitus and hearing disorders. She is skilled in operations of otorhinolaryngoscopic techniques, minimally invasive tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, nasal septoplasty, tympanotomy tube replacement, and so on, as well as conservative treatments for obstructive sleep apnea, such as continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy.
She is currently a member of the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Committee of China Association of Non-Public Medical Institutions, a member of China Sleep Research Society, and a member of World Sleep Society. She has published some articles in core journals and SCI, and has participated in the research of two NSFC programs.

Celia QI, MD, PhD

Dr. Celia QI serves as an obstetrician and gynecologist at Jiahui Health. Prior to joining Jiahui, Dr. Qi worked in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at First People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an associate chief physician.
Dr. Qi obtained her PhD degree of obstetrics and gynecology from School of Medicine, Shandong University in 2005.
With her more than 20 years of clinical experience, she is skilled in minimally invasive surgery in the diseases including uterine fibroids, ovarian cyst and endometriosis and etc. Furthermore, in the high-risk obstetrics field, she accumulated rich experience from her clinical practice in the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, pregnancy with thyroid disease, multifetal gestation, obstetrics hemorrhage, and etc. Dr. Qi also has extensive experience in nutrition and weight management during pregnancy. In addition, she has strong ability to deal with dystocia and other emergency cases of labor.

Vicky QI, MD, PhD

Dr. Vicky QI is the Associate Chief Physician and an oncologist at Jiahui International Cancer Center. Dr. QI specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant solid tumors, with expertise in comprehensive medical oncology care for lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, gynecological tumors, and head and neck tumors. She is also skilled in the symptom management of cancer patients. Particularly in lung cancer, Dr. Qi has extensive clinical experience in advanced diagnostic techniques, including bronchoscopy, CT-guided lung biopsy. Additionally, she is proficient in cancer genetic screening, cancer pain management, nutritional support for cancer patients, palliative care, and whole-course management of cancer patients, and is able to give humanistic and psychological care to cancer patients and their family members.
Dr. Qi graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2012 with master’s degree in Respiratory Medicine, and earned her Ph.D. in Oncology in 2017 from Tongji University School of Medicine. During 2015 and 2016, she worked at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center as a visiting scientist. Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. Qi served as an Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Medical Oncology, Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Tongji University. Dr. Qi specializes in diagnosis and treatment of solid tumor, especially lung cancer. She also performed the operation of bronchoscopy and CT-guided transthoracic percutaneous fine needle aspiration and core biopsy.
As for scientific research, Dr. Qi has participated in several international and domestic multi-center clinical trials for anti-cancer drugs. She has presided over youth fund of national natural science foundation of China (NSFC) and has been involved in the research of drug resistance in lung cancer. As the first author, she has published more than 10 peer-reviewed papers in SCI Journals.
QIAO Tong (Specialist), MD,PhD

Dr. QIAO Tong is a Chief Physician, Doctor of Ophthalmology, and Director of the Department of Ophthalmology at Shanghai Children's Hospital.

QIU Ling, MD, PhD

Dr. QIU Ling currently serves as the Chief of Department of Family Medicine and Health Management Center at Shanghai Jiahui Health. Dr. Qiu obtained her medical degree at Tianjin Medical University, after a short period of clinical training, she went to the United States for doctoral level study and obtained Ph.D. degree in neuroscience at University of Louisville in 2000, followed by a 3-year clinical chemistry postdoctoral training. She completed her family medicine internship and family medicine residency program at Indiana University and University of Louisville School of Medicine. During her many years clinical practice in America, she successfully managed a private doctor clinic and gained ample of experiences. She was 500+ patent’s premium family doctor before joining Jiahui. She is board certified for Family Medicine and has been working as a family physician in Kentucky and Washington states for more than 15 years.
Dr. Qiu has extensive experience in close-loop continuity care for her patients. She has continued her clinical practice on ambulatory, hospital and emergency medicine. In addition, she is also well trained in preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Dr. Qiu is BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certified.

SHEN Ce, MD,PhD

Dr. SHEN Ce is currently the Chief of Pulmonology of Shanghai Jiahui International Hospital. Dr. Shen graduated from the Medical School of the Second Military Medical University in 1983 and obtained his Doctoral Degree in Medicine in 2003. Before joining Jiahui, he served as the director of the respiratory department, master and doctoral supervisor of a 3A public hospital. Dr. Shen has been engaged in respiratory clinical work for more than 30 years. He is specialized in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of bronchial and lung diseases, such as the removal of polyps in the airway, balloon expansion, stent treatment for airway stenosis, and high-frequency electrical burning, etc. He is also experienced in chest difficult miscellaneous image diagnosis, such as the diagnosis and management of pulmonary nodules. He is good at the treatment of critical respiratory diseases by the technique of whole lung lavage under general anesthesia to treat pulmonary proteinosis which he is at the leading level in China. He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough.
Dr. Shen once served as a member of the Respiratory Society of the Shanghai Medical Association and he is the leader of the Shanghai Respiratory Critical Care Group. He is currently an expert of Shanghai Maternal and Child Safety Expert Committee.

Roger SHEN, MD

Dr. Roger SHEN graduated from Tianjin Medical University in 2013, then pursued a master degree in clinical medicine in Peking University Health Science Center and graduated in 2016. Dr. Shen has practiced Emergency Medicine for 8 years. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency program in Peking University First Hospital in 2016, since then he has been working in Emergency Department of a private hospital in Shanghai.
Dr. Shen has accumulated rich experience managing critical conditions in Internal medicine, Surgery,OB&GYN, Pediatrics etc. Meanwhile, Dr. Shen is certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS provider, he was also a certified ACLS instructor.
Jason SHEN, PT, BSc

Jason SHEN, serve as a physiotherapist at Jiahui International Hospital,graduated from Shanghai Sport University in 2010 and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science. He has participated in the Shanghai Diamond League many times as a medical guarantee. Before joining Jiahui, Jason worked in the Rehabilitation Department of Shanghai Xuhui Central Hospital as a physical therapist, specializing in stroke and acute and chronic musculoskeletal system treatment.
Main direction: manual therapy, including joint loosening, dynamic joint loosening, nerve loosening techniques, etc., For the shoulder/knee/hip/spine diseases, especially neck pain, low back pain, and disc diseases caused by nerve compression symptoms.

Sherry SHEN, MD, PhD

Dr. Sherry SHEN serves as a physician in the Medical Imaging Department at Jiahui Health. Dr. Shen obtained her PhD in Imaging and Nuclear Medicine from Nanjing Medical University. Prior to joining Jiahui Health, she was an attending physician at Nanjing First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.
Dr. Shen has extensive clinical experience in conventional imaging diagnosis, especially in central nervous system. In addition, Dr. Shen is also a lecturer at Nanjing Medical University, teaching medical students and residents in standardized training programs. She has won prizes in the teaching competition organized by the School of Medical Imaging at Nanjing Medical University.
