Vic YAO, MD, PhD

Dr. Vic YAO currently serves as a Critical Care Medicine specialist in Jiahui International Hospital. Dr. Yao obtained his Doctor degree from Capital Medical University in 2012. From 2012 to 2022, he worded in the Department of critical care medicine of Shandong provincial hospital and completed the standardized training of critical care medicine residents and the standardized training of critical care medicine specialty, until he promoted to deputy chief physician. During this period, he participated in the compilation of two books Neurocritical Care and Practical Clinical Monitoring and Treatment of Acute and Critical Diseases, published 5 articles in Chinese or English core journals, and served as teaching or teaching tasks in National and Provincial critical care bronchoscopy and critical care ultrasound classes for many times, in the meanwhile he served as the secretary of Shandong Critical Care Medicine Quality Control Center. In 2022, Dr. Yao joined Jiahui as a member of the HDU team. Based on clinical front-line work experience and knowledge accumulation, Dr. Yao is familiar with theories and technologies related to intensive care and treatment, including ECMO, CRRT, critical bronchoscopy diagnosis and treatment technology, bedside critical ultrasound technology, hemodynamic monitoring technology, endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation, etc. He has dedicated his work to apply advanced critical care medicine related diagnosis and treatment technology to treat critically ill patients in an all-round way.
Dr. Yao is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by American Heart Association (AHA), and the 5C Critical Care Specialist Qualification Certificate issued by the Critical Care Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.
Ferris LI, MD,PhD

Dr. Ferris LI is currently the Deputy Chief of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in JiaHui International Hospital. Dr. Li obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Clinical Medicine in 2002 and Master’s Degree of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2010 from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. He obtained Doctorate Degree in 2022. Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. Li worked in Shanghai Chest hospital for 18 years and completed residency in intensive care unit in that hospital. In 2012 and 2018, he completed the promotion of attending physician and deputy chief physician. During 2009 to 2021, Dr. Li published 13 articles in core journals, obtained one utility model patent led and participated two projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in the book of thoracic surgery and served on Critical Care Specialist of Shanghai Medical Association and Critical Care Specialist of Shanghai traditional Chinese Medicine Association. In 2021, Dr. Li joined Jiahui as a member of the HDU team. Dr. Li has mastered the theory and technology of critical care medicine, including perioperative management of cardiothoracic surgery, postoperative complication management and functional rehabilitation, and is responsible for the “three-basic” examination and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)training of the whole hospital.
Dr. Li is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by American Heart Association (AHA).
Anselm BAI(Specialist), MD

Medical Experience: Dr.Anselm was Graduated from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a degree in Clinical Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine. He holds a Master's degree in Internal Chinese Medicine from Hong Kong Baptist University. He was training under Professor Ge Fupei from the Acupuncture Department of Longhua Hospital and Director Fan Bin from the Dermatology Department of Yueyang Hospital. Dr. WU has profound academic knowledge and rich clinical experience in treating foot fractures. He is particularly skilled in minimally invasive foot arthroscopic surgeries for the treatment of various foot injuries and deformities, as well as the correction of various congenital and acquired foot diseases and fractures-related sequelae.
Introduction:
Currently Dr. WU is the deputy chief of Shanghai General Hospital Trauma Centre. He has been engaging with orthopedic clinical work for more than 20 years, completing almost 800 orthopedics trauma surgeries. He has profound academic knowledge and rich clinical experience in treating foot fractures. He is particularly skilled in minimally invasive foot arthroscopic surgeries for the treatment of various foot injuries and deformities, as well as the correction of various congenital and acquired foot diseases and fractures-related sequelae. In 2014, Dr. WU visited France and Spain to further his study in foot surgeries. Dr. WU has published more than 10 articles on SCI journals. SUN Luning(Specialist), MD, PhD

Dr. SUN Luning currently serves as the Executive Director of the Department of Sports Medicine at Shanghai General Hospital, holding the positions of Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and PhD Supervisor.
Dr. SUN began his clinical practice in orthopedics in 2000 and specialized in sports medicine in 2005. In 2010, he furthered his training in sports injuries and arthroscopic techniques at the Southern Illinois Orthopedic Center and the Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI) in the USA, studying under Dr. James Chow (Past President of the Arthroscopy Association of North America) and Dr. Stephen Snyder (American shoulder and sports medicine expert). In 2011, he observed and learned shoulder arthroscopy techniques at the Rush University Medical Center, USA. In 2012, he advanced his skills in hip arthroscopy at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute and the Southern California Orthopedic Institute, USA.
From 2014 to 2015, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital, Tufts University School of Medicine, under the guidance of Professor John Richmond (Past President of the Arthroscopy Association of North America).
Dr. SUN has provided treatment and surgery for numerous Olympic champions and world champions.
Academic Achievements:
Dr. SUN has published over 50 professional papers in international and national journals, including more than 10 in SCI-indexed journals. He has authored/edited 2 books, served as primary translator for 1 book, and contributed as a co-author/co-translator for 4 and 2 books, respectively.
He is currently the principal investigator of one ongoing National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program) project. He has completed one General Program project from the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation and one project from a provincial/department-level bureau. He has participated in one multi-center study under the National Key Research and Development Program of China. Dr. SUN holds 10 national patents and has participated in the formulation of 2 expert consensus documents and 2 professional guidelines.
He has been frequently invited as a chair and speaker at international, national, and provincial academic conferences. His clinical and basic research focuses on the mechanisms and materials science of " tendon skeletal healing."

Wendy WU, MD, PhD

Dr. WU was awarded her Medicine Doctorate degree in Pediatrics at Fudan University in 2005. After her graduation, Dr. WU went to Children's Kidney Center of Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong, National University Hospital of Singapore, Rady Children’s Hospital of UCSD in the United States, and Montreal Children’s Hospital of McGill University Health Center in Canada for specialized fellowship training. She has been engaged in general pediatrics and pediatric nephrology for 30 years, and adheres to the clinical concept based on evidence-based medicine and in line with the international frontier.
Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. WU mainly served as Associate Consultant in the Dept. of pediatrics at the University of Hong Kong - Shenzhen Hospital and other international medical facility.
She is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of various pediatric diseases and well baby checkup, ,especially in pediatric renal diseases.

Dr.LI Jianwen currently serves as a multi-site practicing physician at Jiahui Health. He is the Director of the Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery Center at Ruijin Hospital, affiliated with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, as well as a Chief Physician, Medical Doctor, and Master's Supervisor.
Dr. LI Jianwen graduated from the Clinical Medicine Program of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 1991. Since then, he has been working in the General Surgery Department of Ruijin Hospital, affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, where he has held positions as Resident Physician, Attending Physician, Associate Chief Physician, and Chief Physician. He earned his Medical Doctorate in Surgery from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During this time, he studied abroad in France, serving as a Foreign Resident Physician in the Digestive Surgery and Emergency Surgery departments at Michallon Hospital in France.
Currently, Dr. LI holds the positions of Chief Physician in the General Surgery and Gastrointestinal Hernia Surgery departments at Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, Director of the Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery Center, and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Clinical Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. LI led China's first multicenter registered clinical trial on the use of biomaterials in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. As the first or corresponding author, he has published over 100 medical papers. He served as the editor-in-chief of the French-language surgical textbook "Surgery" for higher medical education institutions and the national continuing education series "New Clinical Technologies in Minimally Invasive Surgery," "Practical Abdominal Wall Surgery," and "Hernia Surgery Atlas." He is also the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief of several journals, including "Chinese Journal of Practical Surgery," "Journal of Clinical Surgery," and "Journal of Laparoscopic Surgery."
